This model offers a 23x36" cooking surface (828 sq inches), adjustable front air baffle for easy controlled burn, easily adjustable 3 position charcoal grate, 2ea. 12" x 23" side work shelves,fully welded stainless steel undershelf, no assembly required, large capacity ash drawer and mounted on our customary 16" wire wheels and casters. This unit will last 20-30 years, while producing high quality results. Excellent for charbroiling, slow cooking or smoking. Pictured with optional gas fired side burner.
